Blockchain.com, previously known as Blockchain.info, was established way back in 2011 and is based out of Luxembourg.
The problems that the users are facing range from not being able to log into their accounts, to other technical issues. The following is an image of a problem that an user from Canada is facing. He says that every time he tries to log into his acount, this message keeps popping up.
This is not the only two problems that have been reported. An user from Israel claims that his wallet balance dropped down to zero. However, it did not stay that way for long. In about an hour or so, the wallet balance returned to normal. But that wasn’t the end of his troubles. He then reported that he was unable to send money out of the wallet.
Multiple users on Reddit have been discussing this new situation with the wallet:
The crypto wallet provider is one of the biggest names in the business and they claim that they run “over 31 million wallets” which collectively have transacted $200 billion between them. It also claims “the lowest fees in the industry”.
BTC Wires has reached out to the crypto wallet provider for a comment, we will update the piece as soon as we hear back from them.
